The doughnut incision breast lift incision involves just one incision made around the areola. This kind of incision is ideal for patients who need only a very minor amount of lifting.
In some cases, the incision needs only to be made around part of the areola. The exact size of the incision depends on the needs of the patient.
Combined Breast Lift and Augmentation
In some cases, the breast lift surgery may be combined with breast augmentation surgery, meaning that a breast implant is placed as part of the lift procedure. When this is done, the perkiness of the breasts as well as breast size are revised.
